Grown in the Salinas Valley. Sold by the case, with a variety of 5-6 of the following:
Galia- Golden-yellow skin when ripe, with a netted, rough texture. The flesh inside is pale green, similar to honeydew.
Sharlyn- Pale, netted, golden-tan skin and creamy, pale orange to ivory flesh.
Crenshaw- Yellow to golden-green rind with pale orange to salmon color flesh
Canary- Bright yellow, smooth skin with pale green to white flesh
Charentais- Pale gray-green on the outside with darker green striping and deep orange flesh
